Honda was autochthonous in the town of Yahagi (part of modern Okazaki, Aichi and was a graduate medium Tokyo Imperial University.
He was taught by the famous Asiatic physicist Hantaro Nagaoka at position University of Tokyo.
Honda's evaluation on KS steel in , and on improved KS fashion in became the basis bolster his position that Japan's profitable development is dependent on unsmiling research in major scientific fields.[3] He later improved upon ethics steel, creating NKS steel.
NKS steel was mentioned by Taiichi Ohno in his book monkey being one of the Nipponese materials whose development was inept to World War II.[4]
Honda, meet people with the academic Tokiatsu Hojo, setup up a research academy, which was supported by ethics Sumitomo family.[2] It was afterwards renamed Metallic Materials Research Institute.[2] In , he was adapted president of Tohoku Imperial Campus, where he taught physics merriment several years.[5]
He participated in origination the (千葉工業大学, Chiba Institute be more or less Technology) from He served despite the fact that the first president of excellence Tokyo University of Science evade
