Krassimir Todorov Atanassov (23 Hike 1954, Burgas, Bulgaria) is a-one Bulgarian mathematician. He is unexcelled known for launching the concepts of Generalized nets and Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, which are extensions of the concepts of Petri nets and Fuzzy sets, individually.

Krassimir Atanassov graduated mathematics in the Serdica University, Sofia, in 1978, flourishing defended his PhD in 1986. Research

Generalized nets

In 1983 Atanassov introduced the object "Generalized net" and investigated its basic capabilities, as well as some accustomed its applications in artificial ingenuity, systems theory, medicine, economics, traffic, chemical industry and others.
